What can be treated?
 

Fractora can be used in areas that can benefit from skin renewal. Face and body areas that exhibit wrinkles, discoloration or acne scarring are suitable for treatment.

The most commonly treated areas include; lower eyelid, upper eyelid, smile lines, forehead, cheeks, mouth and neck.

Not only can Fractora help with acne scars and active acne, but it will reduce the appearance of scars all over the body. A commonly treated area is the lower abdomen from cesarean section scars and stretch marks.

 

How many sessions are required?

Depending on multiple factors regarding your skin (age, scarring, cystic acne, skin laxity) and the desired result, you can expect to have between 1 and 6 sessions.

 

How quickly will I see results?
 

Visible results can be seen immediately, but typically after 2-3 weeks is when the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.

What is the post-procedure process?

Clients should moisturize the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. It is also encouraged that clients use a good, broad-spectrum sunscreen every day (ask us what we recommend!)

 

Schedule your Fractora treatment on a day when you can set aside some time to relax after, preferably not go back to work or do anything strenuous.

 

You will notice small pinpoints on the treated area for a couple of days to a week post-procedure. Makeup can be applied two days after the treatment or once the area has mostly healed. Slight redness may last up to a week, depending on treatment parameters.

 

Does it hurt?

We apply topical numbing cream to the treatment area before the procedure. Clients will experience some discomfort, certain areas are more sensitive than others.
